Tam is a great realtor, and even better person. She goes above and beyond for her clients and she’s very thoughtful in the recommendations she makes considering how a home can be used for your family. Our family has had the pleasure of working with her on the purchase of two homes and will be selling one with her very soon. She really is someone who puts what’s best for her clients first and exemplifies integrity in how she conducts herself and her business.

Tam is an experienced, professional and successful realtor. She helped me find the perfect home. She listened to me and understood exactly what I was looking for. She sent me the listing on Christmas Eve day. I was visiting family in Houston and she was at her daughters in Nashville but that didn’t stop us. My son and daughter-in-law went to see the house and knew it was perfect. So Tam went to work and wrote up the contract on Christmas Eve and sent it on to the buyers realtor. It was time for my wife and myself to down size. We contacted Tamara Knox to help us with this decision. We are certainly glad we did. Tam is the only realtor we have used in Ohio and has delivered outstanding service each time (3 sales and 4 purchases including our son's home). We cannot say enough good things about our home-buying experience with Tamara Knox of Coldwell Banker Heritage. We moved from out-of-state and knew very little about the area we were moving into. Her local knowledge was immensely helpful to us in making our decision. She took the time to get to know us and our family's needs and incorporated that into our home search process; which included knowledge of school districts, parks/amenity proximity, work commute, home style/amenities, to name a few. We had a limited number of home-search visits to the area before buying, which may have been challenging with another realtor, but Tamara worked hard for us even when we weren't in town. She set-up facetime tours of homes and worked extended hours the few days we were in town. She made us feel like we were her # 1 priority. We are a military family who had less than 1 week to look for and find a house to move into for our upcoming move into the Dayton area. Tam gave us the information we needed on all the houses in the area within our price range before we arrived in Ohio, so we could focus on the houses we liked during our visit. She spent most of the weekend we arrived with us, and helped us purchase the house, have it inspected, and gave us recommendations about contractors in the area for repairs before we had to leave town at the end of the week. She stayed in constant contact with us until closing, and even after closing has given us information on the area to help us settle in. Very knowledgeable, gave excellent advice at all steps of the transaction. Looked at six or seven houses together that my wife and I selected, did so on a very short notice and yet Tam was ready to go and knew quite a bit about every home. We are not buyers that you can pigeon hole, might buy a Victorian or a mid-century or even new construction, sometimes frustrates agents but not Tam. If we get transferred and sell, we intend to use Tam!

Tam was very responsive. I sent her the signed contract at 9:00 am, she called me back to say she had arranged a showing at noon. She called me back at 2:30 to say we had a written offer! She then helped us all the way through the sales process which was completed in about 3 weeks! That's great service!
